Policies

Before your appointment

  • LATE POLICY - Please arrive promptly to your scheduled appointment. We only have a 10 Minute Grace period, at which point a 50% charge of service is required, along with rescheduling your service.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY - We require a minimum of 24 Hours Notice to cancel or reschedule an apt. Late-Cancels will be charged 50% of their scheduled service price. No-Call-Co-Show apts will be charged 100% of their scheduled service price.

  • Please be prepared to wash your eye area upon arrival. If not washed at The Beauty Loft, we will include a mandatory Lash Bath before starting service to ensure quality of work & ensure good retention.

  • We do process Credit Card transactions with an additional 3% fee. We encourage cash payment & only allow Cash tipping.

APPOINTMENT expectations

  • If lashes are not fully cleansed & clean, we will perform a Lash Bath prior to service.

  • FULL SETS : 1 hour 45 minute service

  • REFILLS : 1 hour 15 minute service - prices vary upon how many weeks it has been since your last service with us (see the pricing page for details) - must be within 3 weeks of your last service with us

  • TOUCH UPS : 45 minute service - must be within 5 to 8 days of your last service with us

  • LASH LIFTS : 45 minute to 1 hr 15 minute service - lash lifts only work with our natural lashes, we can only curl what you have; you must wait 2 weeks after having extensions or a lash lift to receive this service

  • We do service foreign lashes at the discretion of your Lash Artist. If a Removal & Full Set is recommended, we discount your Removal by 50%. Removals are highly recommended to prevent a mixture of products and potential reaction.

During your appointment

  • Please use the restroom before your service to allow your Tech to use the full, allotted time for your scheduled service.

  • We do not allow any extra people, children, or animals to be present at the Beauty Loft during your service for the safety of our clients & artists.

  • Please refrain from being on your phone during your appointment to prevent any potential interference to your service.
